Our services include support coordination, plan management, psychology, psychosocial recovery coaching, speech pathology, community mentoring, housing assistance and more, all with a person-centred approach. We’re here for you across Geelong, Melbourne, Victoria, and beyond, offering professional services wherever you call home.
Areas We Service Across Victoria
- Across Greater Geelong and the Bellarine, including Corio, Norlane, Grovedale, Highton, and Lara.
- All across Western Melbourne, including Altona Meadows and Deer Park.
- Across Regional Victoria, including Ballarat and Torquay.
We provide quality, individualised, and transparent services to participants under the NDIS, such as Support Coordination, Psychologist sessions inclusive of Telehealth, and/or Plan Management.
