Obie Therapy Play
What is Obie therapy play?
The Obie system uses a variety of interactive games to make therapy sessions fun, effective, and meaningful. Here’s what makes it so special:
- Cognitive Development: The games are designed to stimulate critical thinking, problem-solving, and memory skills in a way that feels natural and enjoyable for participants.
- Sensory Integration: With bright visuals, interactive touch, and sounds, the system offers a multi-sensory experience that can help participants improve sensory processing and regulation.
- Fine and Gross Motor Skill Development: Whether clients are swiping, tapping, or reaching for projected objects, the activities promote hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and physical movement, helping build strength and coordination.
By blending therapy goals with play, the Obie keeps participants of all ages actively engaged while supporting their unique developmental needs. From popping virtual balloons to navigating mazes, the games are perfect for fostering growth in cognitive, sensory, and motor areas while having loads of fun.
